Watt Henry Tyler was a son of Governor John Tyler. His first name was also spelled "Wat".

Physician. Gentleman farmer.

He died of consumption (tuberculosis).

Buried at Tarwood on 20 July 1862 per the register of Immanuel Episcopal Church in Old Church, Virginia.
