Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Lawrence Domme, 80, 216 Wilson, who died Monday in a Topeka hospital where he had been a patient since Nov. 17.

He was born Dec. 27, 1885 at Buenos Aires, Argentina, and had lived in the United States 79 years.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a blacksmith for Santa Fe Railway where he was employed 47 years before he retired.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Domme at home; two sons, Larry Domme of 2230 E. 29th, and Robert Domme of 1833 Randolph; six daughters, Mrs. Florence Morrell of 514 Tyler, Mrs. Catherine Roberts of 123 Fillmore, Mrs. Marcella Weigel of 636 Leland, Mrs. Teresa Gerhardt of 236 Wilson, Mrs. Helen Artzer of 226 Grattan, and Mrs. Matilda Herman of 231 Freeman; a sister, Mrs. Anna Frank of 306 Freeman; 35 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Domme will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Brennan Funeral Home where rosaries will be recited by Knights of Columbus No. 534 at 7 p.m., by the Fourth Degree at 7:30 p.m., by the parish at 8 p.m. and by the Daughters of Isabella at 8:30 pm Wednesday.
