She was the daughter of Maurice Edward and Margaret Sara (Sanders) Farrar.

This memorial was entered from her obituary, which follows and states she was buried in Riverview Memorail Gardens, but I do not believe there is a headstone in Riverview Memorial Gardens for her. I confirmed the cemetery of burial on her death certificate filed with the State of Missouri which states she was buried in "Fayetteville Cemetery, Fayetteville, Tennessee," which, I'm sure, would be Riverview. I presume her family had her body moved from Riverview to Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens in Rolla, Phelps Co., Missouri at some point after her burial. She has a memorial for that cemetery, as well. Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Farrar, 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Farrar of Rolla, Missouri, formerly of Fayetteville, who died in an automobile accident Thursday, were at 2 p.m. Sunday at the First Methodist Church here.

The Rev. E. E. Walkup officiated. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery.

Mary Elizabeth was struck by a car which was being backed out of a driveway by her mother.

Her parents had lived in Rolla for the past three years, where her father was employed with the U. S. Geological Survey service.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Peggy, and a brother, Sandy; paternal grandmother, Mrs. J. P. Farrar, and maternal grandfather, D. M. Sanders, both of Lincoln County.

Rites Set Today For Farrar Child --

FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. -- Funeral services for Mary Elizabeth Farrar, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice E. Farrar, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Fayetteville Methodist Church with the Rev. E. E. Walkup officiating.

Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

The child died August 22 in Rolla, Missouri, in an automobile accident.

Survivors are the parents; a sister, Peggy Farrar; a brother, Sandy Farrar; the paternal grandmother, Mr. J. P. Farrar, and her maternal grandfather, D. M. Sanders.

Ralston Funeral Home will be in charge of funeral arrangements.
