Mrs. Puetz attended Sacred Heart Elementary School, was a 1962 graduate of Benton Central High School and attended Ball State University. She was a member of Joy Life Singers of Fowler, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dunnington and their Rosary Sodality.
She is survived by her husband, her son, Alexander James , her parents, two brothers, Clark and Leon Gick, a sister, Teresa Gick and her grandparents, Retha Vanderwall and Bernard and Nora Gick.
