Mason City - Moses S. Stiltz, 70 formerly of Mason City, died in St. Louis at 1:30 a.m. Monday.
He was born near Mason City, Feb. 4, 1889, a son son of Moses and Isabelle Shipman Stiltz.
He is survived by a daughter Mrs. Fay Aubrey of St. Louis with whom he made his home. He is also survived by two sons, M. S. Stiltz and Lindy Stiltz; two daughters Mrs. Lavis (Lavo) and Mrs Martha James all of California; two sisters, Mrs. Ecil Bale of Easton, and Mrs. Minerva Bostv (Bootz) of Peoria; one stepsister, Mrs. Armenta (Arminta) Briggs also of Peoria.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Henderson-Jennings funeral home at Mson City. The Rev. Kenneth C. Wallace will officiate. Burial will be in the Mason City Cemetery.
Visitaion will be from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
