PREVIS, Marilyn Mischke, 83, of King William, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, February 23 of natural causes. Marilyn was born on June 12, 1939 in Lynbrook, New York to the late Joseph and Bernice Mischke. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Henry Leon Previs; her brother, James (Karen) Mischke; her two sons, Gregory (Samantha) and David (Terri) Previs. Marilyn was a loving grandmother to Joshua Previs, Samuel Previs, Alex (Tonya) Previs, Elaine (Mike) MacNeil, Heather (Ryan) Worley, Amanda (Cory) Casey, Mary-Beth Previs and Leigh-Ann Previs. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and cousins. Marilyn was a devoted church member and enjoyed singing in the choir. She will be remembered by the poems that she enjoyed writing and by the many exchange students that she and Henry opened their home to. Family visitation will be held Monday, February 27 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at B.W. White Funeral Home in Aylett, Virginia. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 28 at 11 a.m. at Colosse Baptist Church in West Point, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Marilyn Previs to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Fl.17, Chicago, Ill. 60601.
