Timothy Adam Mitchell

Services for Timothy Adam Mitchell, 9-year-old fourth-grade student at French Camp Elementary School, were held Monday at 1 p.m. at Bethsaida Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.

He died Nov. 25, 2004 from injuries sustained in an airplane crash in which his father was the pilot and who also died in the crash. He was a member of the RAs at Poplar Creek Nations Baptist Church where he attended church.

He is survived by his mother, Tina Beckwith Mitchell of French Camp; a sister, Christy Mitchell of French Camp; his grandparents, Billy Wayne and Brenda Beckwith of Kilmichael; Junior and Thelma Mitchell of McCool; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Officiating ministers were Rev. Dewitt Cutts, Rev. Jim Ballard, Rev. Justin Knight and Rev. Kenny Carver.

Pallbearers were Hank Hovas, Gibby Mullins, Joey Harmon, Ricky Rawson, Harold Henson, Steve Kyle, Jon Bailey and Jimmy Hayward.

Lee Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
