Mrs. Margaret Jane Butte Ackman
, 58, of 516 Floral avenue, died Sunday at 3:25 p. m. at her home following a long illness.

Born October 23, 1878, in England, Mrs. Ackman was a daughter of John and Annie Briggs Butte. She had lived in Salt Lake City 52 years and was the widow of Allen William Ackman.

Surviving are three sons, Glenn, Arthur Wayne and Earl Ackman; two daughters, Mrs. Ben Schouter and Faye Ackman; six grandchildren, all of Salt Lake City; six sisters, Mrs. C. W. Lewis, Mrs. Martin McKone, Mrs. Iver J. Allen, Mrs. Kate Hammond, Mrs. Isabella B. Morrow, all of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. E. W. Johnson of Bingham, and two brothers, Jack Butte, McGill, Nev., and Elgin Butte, Butte, Mont.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:30 p. m. in the Deseret mortuary chapel, followed by burial in City cemetery.

Friends may call at the mortuary, 36 East Seventh South street, prior to services.

ACKMAN—Funeral services for Margaret Butte Ackman will be conducted Wednesday at 3:30 p. m. in the Rose room, 36 East Seventh South street. Friends may call at the French room in the mortuary prior to services. Interment will be in the City cemetery under direction of the Deseret mortuary.
