Age 35 passed away July 20, 2006 due to an unexpected accident. He is now with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Peter was an established and successful Sales Associate with John L. Scott Real Estate in Puyallup. He is remembered and loved by his parents, Lynne & Mike Cook; father Philip Adams; sister Elizabeth; older brothers Philip & Patrick; his younger brothers & sisters Andrew, Paul, Maddie, Jakie, and Lexie, along with his two nieces, Jordyn & Kennedy; and many extended family members and friends. A memorial in Celebration of his Life will be held Thursday, July 27th, at 1:00 p.m. at Champions Centre, 1819 E. 72nd St., Tacoma. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Peter's name with: Feed the Children, P.O. Box 36, Oklahoma City, OK 73101, Fund #6MHG35.
