Frederich Dietrich Wacker was the son of Frederich Philipp and Anna Margareta Bargmann Wacker, Hannover, Germany. He immigrated to the United States with relatives when he was 15 years old. On February 18, 1892 he married Clara Maria Elisa Beckmann at Malcom, Nebraska. This union was blessed with eleven children: Anna Elizabeth, a son who died in infancy, Frederick, Herman, John, Eleanora Louise, Clara Maria, Anna Katherine, William Nicholas, Heinrich Clamore and Carl Benjamin. Frederich died at the age of 76 years.
