It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Billy Warncke, long-time resident of Lone Prairie. Billy passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 in Chetwynd, British Columbia at the age of 80 years.

He was predeceased by his wife Carol in 2006 and his grandson Dustin in 2017. Billy leaves to mourn his daughter Dorilyne (Tim); his son Buck; granddaughters Ashley (Byron), Amber (Daylon), Indy and Cassidy; great grandchildren Damien, Kelton, Benjamin, Jasmeha and Hendrix; brothers, sisters as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

With respect of Billys wishes, no formal service will be held. Billy and Carol will be laid to rest together at a later date. For family and friends so wishing, donations in Billys memory can be made to Canadian Cancer Society, 1100 Alward Street, Prince George, British Columbia V2M 7B1.

It isn't the farm that makes the farmer, its the LOVE, hard work and character.
