Boyung, who owned and operated the Boyung Tavern in Germantown (now Moonbi Inn), for about five years, was born Aug. 14, 1897 in West Bend, Wis. For the past ten years he was in the trucking and hauling business.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, nee Bellmann; father of Mrs. Marion Roeber and Mrs. Helen Groth; father-in-law of Orville Groth; grandfather of Beverly Roeber, Susan, Mary, Frank and James Rosecky; brother of Mrs. John Roskopf, Mrs. William Schieffer, Mrs. Norman Smith and Philip Boyung, also other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct 8 at 9 a.m. from the Haack Funeral Home Menomonee Falls, to St. Mary's church at 9:30 a.m. Interment in church cemetery."
