"Leo H. Musil , 84, 350 E. Morris St., Bonner Springs, died today at a nursing home in Bonner Springs. He was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Musil worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for 49 years before he retired as a switchman in 1972. He was a member of St John the Evangelist Church, Kansas City, Kan., and the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. He was a Navy veteran of World War I. Mr. Musil was a member of the Eagles Lodge and a past president of the C.P.A. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America. He leaves a brother, Edward J. Musil, Sr., of Kansas City, Kan.; and a sister, Mrs. Pauline Lamb of Overland Park. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church; burial in Maple Hill Cemetery." The Kansas City Star, March 10, 1982
