Katharina Margaretha Kissler nee Lamm, daughter of Heinrich Lamm and Barbara nee Lesser was born on July 15, 1879, in Frank, Russia. Here she was baptized and confirmed. She was united in marriage with her now bereaved husband Conrad A. Kissler. This union was blessed with 11 children of whom 4 sons preceded their mother in death. Beginning of August 1937, she became ill, but recuperated again. On Thanksgiving day 1937 and again on June 22, 1938 she became ill after which she was bedfast most of the time. On August 1 at 2:50 the Lord called her home, at the age of 59 years and 16 days. On August 4 she was laid to rest in the Riverton Mountain View cemetery. Pastor E Rummel spoke on Hebrews 4: 9-11. The deceased leaves to mourn her bereaved husband, three sons, Conrad, Friedrich and Ruben, four daughters, Lydia Fabrizius, Esther Pattison, Rachel Appelhaus and Ruth Kissler, 7 grandchildren, her sister Katharina Gerlach in Fort Collins, CO.
