Anne M. Joyce, 78, of Lenape Court, Pine Grove passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.
Born July 10, 1945 in Butler Township, she was a daughter of the late John and Isabelle (Eagan) Coddington and raised in Centralia.
Anne was a 1963 graduate of Mt. Carmel Catholic High School and a graduate of McCann School of Business.
She was a Mortgage Banker for Home Security Mortgage in Stafford, Virginia.
Anne was a member of Senior Corps / Retired Seniors Volunteer Program of Schuylkill County, a Volunteer on the Rehab floor of the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill East in Pottsville, and part of the Knitting and Crocheting group in Ashland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Mary Umlauf.
Anne is survived by her husband of fifty-six years: Charles P. Joyce; her daughter: Jennifer Joyce and companion: Ron Griffin of Alexandria, Virginia; her son: Charles P. (Allison) Joyce, Jr. of Baltimore, Maryland; her three grandchildren; her sister: Colleen Dzwonczyk of New Freedom; her brothers: Joe Coddington of Pine Grove and John Coddington of Harrisburg; and, her nieces and nephews.
There will be a Visitation from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2023 in Most Blessed Trinity Parish, 113 Cherry Street, Tremont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 12:30 PM with Father George Kochuparambil Celebrating.
Inurnment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 02:30 PM.
