He was a civil engineer with D. M. and W. Engineering Corp. in Towson, MD for 13 years.
He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Violet Arnold of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Sandra Propst of Port St. Lucie and Dolores Kearney of Smithfield, VA; sons, James Arnold and Thomas Arnold, both of Maryland; brother, Richard Arnold of Pittsburgh; and five grandchildren.

SERVICES: Arrangements are by the Veterans Cremation and Burial Society in Stuart.
