Gladys Jensen was born December 31, 1921 in Grand Forks, ND, the daughter of Olaf and Olga (Rovald) Lowe. She attended school in Northwood and Grand Forks, ND.
She married James Jensen in East Grand Forks on October 1, 1940. They made their home in Grand Forks where she worked for Old Dutch Foods for 27 years. James Jensen died in 1984. She moved to Town Square in 1988.
She is survived by 2 sons, Leon (Nancy) Jensen of Elk River, MN, Gary Jensen of Minnewaukan, ND, 1 daughter, Bonnie (David) Kazmierczak of East Grand Forks, MN, grandchildren, Mark (Darlene) Jensen, Greg Jensen, Kristin (Pat) Green, Stephanie Kazmierczak, Jason Kazmierczak, Jamie (Nicole) Kazmierczak, Shasti (Lewis) Liang and Bryan (Tessa) Jensen, great-grandchildren, Eric Jensen, Manny and Rylee Green, Luana, Braelyn and Kailah Liang, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers, Kenneth and Vernon Lowe, and 2 sisters, Irene Thompson and Inez Mayers.
