Funeral Services for Mr. Charles M. Barrier, 61, of 1024 Terrace Ave., will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday from the Wright & Ferguson Chapel, with Rev. C. M. Day, officiating.

Mr. Barrier died early Sunday, in a Jackson Hospital following an extended illness.

He was a native of Jackson, but had lived in Durant, Yazoo City and Greenville, prior to moving back to Jackson in 1957. He was employed by Miss. Valley Gas Co, as a Construction Foreman for over 32 years. He served in the Navy during WWII, was a member of Trinity Methodist Church of Greenville, a member of the V. F. W. and a Mason.

Survivors are; his wife, the former Lucille Boone, Jackson, four sisters, Mrs. O. H. Beck, Greenville, Mrs. Carl Grote, Huntsville, Ala., Mrs. B. S. Sims, Canton, Ga., and Mrs. Lurleen Birchett, Memphis, Tenn.; one brother, Frank Bryan of Santa Rosa, Calif. and a number of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
