Janet was a loving mother to her children, Jaxene Morgan, who predeceased her, Crystal and her husband Allen Walker, and Vernon and his wife Kelly Willard. She was a devoted grandmother to six grandchildren and a doting great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren. Janet's family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Janet was predeceased by her husbands, Gary Voelker and Coy Willard. Her marriages were marked by mutual respect and love, and she was a devoted wife to both her husbands. Her loss is deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.
