Mr. Georg died at the Columbus hospital March 8, at the age of 88. Born March 14, 1893 in Frelsburg, he was the son of John and Ida Venghaus Georg. He married Henrietta Brune on November 2, 1916 and was a lifetime resident of the Frelsburg area. His wife, Henrietta preceded him in death.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Alma Wagner and Mrs. Selma Walling of Columbus; one brother, Otto Georg of Columbus; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Anton Aschenbeck, Jack Leyendecker, Lester Weishuhn, Leroy Weishuhn, Herbert Westphal, Charles Owen and David Leyendecker
