KOOSKIA, Idaho -- Funeral for Christine Packhum, 38, a longtime Kooskia resident who died in a logging truck mishap Wednesday, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Trenary Funeral Chapel here.
She was reportedly killed when a log loader truck tipped over on her at the Big Burn logging camp between Grangeville and Elk City.
Born in Independence, Ore., she lived in Kooskia since 1956.
Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery here.
Survivors include three daughters, Lara Welch, Kooskia, and Cindy Greenslade and Cathy Welch, both Twin Falls; one son, Okel Welch, Kooskia; her mother and stepfather, Elizabeth and Art Wilson, Stites; four brothers, Ronald, Pat and Rolley Wilson, all Kooskia, and George Wilson, Stites; two sisters, Doris Oswald, Kamiah, and Virginia Gregg, Kooskia, and one granddaughter.
