Elinor Jean Hensley, 92, of Carthage passed away at 1:15 a.m. Saturday February
21, 2015 at St. Lukes Nursing Center in Carthage.
Elinor was born October 11, 1922 in Tonganoxie, Kansas and was the daughter of William Oelschlaeger and Emma Scheidt Oelschlaeger.
Elinor was a resident of Carthage for the past fifty years and was a homemaker.
Elinor was united in marriage to James Hensley on March 5, 1952. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1994.
She is survived by three daughters, two sisters and eight grandchildren
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Dudman
Springs Cemetery, east of Carthage. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday,
February 23, 2015 at the Ulmer Funeral Home.
