John Peter Pohl and his family (wife and four children) arrived in Westphalia in September 1841 after his trip from Germany. Two daughters were born and died in their hometown of Antweiler/Ahr, Germany; Anna Gertrude (24-July-1833 to 1836), and Anna Gertrude (29-January-1838 to 25-March-1839).
