Anna was the third child of seven born to Alfred Stanley Klinger and Mary M. Scheib Klinger. She married Carl Coolidge Lentz on 13 November 1948. They had a son, Kirby Lentz. While Kirby was quite young, Anna suffered from cancer and died all too soon.
