Jane L. Ditzler, 81, of West Hanover Twp., passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at M. S. Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maude (Rightenour) Martin.
Jane retired from Troop H of the Pennsylvania State Police where she worked in Records and Identification.
She enjoyed Bingo and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband: Earl R. Ditzler, Sr.; and, her grandson: Thomas Moffitt.
She is survived by her daughter: Cecelia A. Whitehead of Las Vegas, Nevada; her sons: Anthony M. (Jackie) Ditzler of Mt. Joy, Earl R. (Lola) Ditzler, Jr. of Harrisburg, and Craig A. (Pam) Ditzler of Hummelstown; her five grandchildren; her five great-grandchildren; and, her brother: Elsworth Gaylor of Blairsville.
There will be a Viewing from 10:00 - 11:00 AM on Friday, August 08, 2008 in Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Incorporated, 6011 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 AM with Rev. Donald C. Wetzel officiating.
Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
