In addition to his parents, he is survived by his friend and companion, Terry L. Patten and family of Williamsburg; three brothers, Tim Kolde, Ron Kolde and Steve Kolde, all of Cincinnati; one sister and brother-in-law, Anita and Jerry Burdett of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
