1901-1998

Mollie Bechtholdt, 96, of 3128 Boxelder Drive died May 11 at Mountain Towers Healthcare Center.

She was born July 16, 1901, in Frank, Russia, and had lived here for 54 years.

Bechtholdt was a member of Zion Congregational Church.

She is survived by two sons, Elmer Bechtholdt of Cheyenne and Raymond Bechtholdt of Kingsburg, Colo.; three daughters, Linda Schwindt of Cheyenne, Violet Jones of Columbus, Ga., and Carolyn Bechtholdt of Denver, Colo.; five stepchildren; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bechtholdt on June 26, 1976; her parents, Henry and Mary Eisnach; and three sisters.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with Dr. Lynn Martin officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dick Bechtholdt, Bob Bernhardt, Jerry Schwindt and Bob Horsburgh.
