She was the widow of Martin F. Enneking and the daughter of Bernard and Louise (Heister) Kramer. She was baptized at St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church in Newport. She and Martin were married June 23 1912 at St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church in Ft. Thomas.

Mrs. Effie Enneking, 83, of 224 S. Ft. Thomas Avenue, Ft. Thomas, died at 4 p.m. Sunday in Carmel Manor, Ft Thomas, where she had been for four months.
Her husband, Martin F. Enneking, president of Ft. Thomas Building & Loan Assn., died in October 1959.
Mrs. Enneking, a member of the Rosary Society of St. Thomas Church, had lived in Ft. Thomas 60 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Bernice HIpple, and a sister, Mrs. Marie Riordan, Ft. Thomas.
Requiem High Mass will be sung at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Thomas Church, Ft. Thomas, following prayers at 9:30 at the Dobbling Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas.
