Mr. Brucken worked for Ellis Floor Care Co. in Havensville.
He was born Jan, 8 1962, in Onaga, the son of Lawrence “Hap” an Dolores Osterhaus Brucken. He graduated from Onaga High School.
Mr. Brucken was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Holton.
Survivors include two sons, Dustin Brucken and Jacob Brucken, both of Seneca; two daughters Emily Brucken and Jessica Brucken, both of Seneca; his parents Lawrence “Hap” and Dolores Brucken, Soldier; four brothers, Garry Brucken, Circleville, Pat Brucken, Soldier, Allen Brucken, Alma, and Galen Brucken, Soldier; and two sisters, JoAnn Trinder, Kansas City, Mo., and Joleen Tannahill, Soldier.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Burial will be at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery west of Holton. Mr. Brucken will lie in state until 10 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Holton where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today.
Memorial contributions may be made to an Education Fund for Mr. Brucken’s children and sent in care of the funeral home.
