Resident of Forest Grove since last June, died here Tuesday st his home on Fifth Street.
Born January 16, 1952 on the Cheadle DLC near Lebanon, Oregon, the son of Richard and Louisa Lodema Lee Cheadle.
He was well known in the Lebanon area where he resided for many years.
Mr. Cheadle graduated in medicine and practiced in Seattle for a time. He is a graduate of Chicago College of Dental Surgery in 1886, He was registered in all Pacific coast states and his practice included Spokane, Portland, Roseburg and other Oregon towns. While in Spokane he was a member for two terms on the state dental board.
Member of Masonic Order and Presbyterian Church.
He leaves a wife, the former Harriet Rice, one brother and four sisters.
