Husband of Amelia H. Yoder married Feb 4, 1860. Stone lists as father. Information on names of children supplied by Amy Overbrook (thanks) Lucy Ellen (b.1870), who was my grandfather's grandmother that I believe went by Ella Yoder Herbein.In my research I've found their other children were Mary Alice (1863), Sarah (1867), Milton (1877), and Benneville (1877)

From the 1850 Oley Census has older brother Peter and sister Elizabeth and younger brother Henry.
From Obit in the Reading Eagle March 9, 1923 page 2: Benneville B. herbein Bed-fast 10 months dies aged 85- Served during Civil War. Oley, March 9, (special) After having been in ill health for the last three years and confined to his bed nearly the last 10 months of that period, Benneville B. herbein aged 85 years 5 months and 14 days died of para;usis at his home at 1:30 o'clock this morning. He was a retired farmer, having moved to this place about seven years ago. The deceased was the son of the late Joseph and Hettie (Body) Herbein and was the last of his fathers familyHe served 9 months during the Civil War having enlisted as a private in Co C 167th Regiment in charge of Capt. Peter Y. Edelman. Fraternally he was affillated with McLean Post No 16, GAR Ring gold council No 23 O.U.A.M. and the Reformed congregation of the Union church all of this place. The following survive: His widow, Amilia H. (Yoder) son Milton, Monterey; daughters Amanda, wife of Daniel Knabb, Jacksonwald; Alice, wife of Irvin Deysher, Boyertown; Esther wife of William Yoder, Limekiln; Sallie, wife of Franklin Dunkelberger both of who resided with Mr. Herbein; Ellen widow of James Schmeck, Reading. Funeral Tuesday, March 13, at 10:00 a.m. from his home. Further services in the local Union Church. Rev I.S. Stahr, this place will officiate. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Director John F. Lutz of Easterly has charge.
