Matthew P. Martini, 19, of Kersey, PA died Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh as a result of 4-wheeler accident on July 3 in Kersey.
He was born July 15, 1988 in Ridgway. He was a life long resident of the area and attended St. Marys Area Schools. He was employed by the PA Heat Treaters for the past two years.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Krise Chicola and his stepfather Greg Chicola of Kersey; two sisters Robin Martini and Jessica Martini both of St. Marys; a brother, Russell Ehrensberger of Kersey; his paternal grandparents, Mario and Eleanor Martini, his maternal grandmother, Joyce Krise of Kersey; nieces and nephews, Kaylena Stiles, Devon Berry, Haylee Berry, and Ryne Berry. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Gary Martini on July 6, 2004 and by his paternal grandfather Richard Krise.
He was active in sports and enjoyed hunting.
Burial in the Ridge Cemetery in Kersey.
