Patsy Jo Boelter Moon, 58, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, while visiting her sister in Mart. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Nov. 28, at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Elk, Texas.
Patsy was born in McLennan County, Texas, to Walter Frederick Boelter and Lura Mae Latham Boelter. She served the children of both Axtell ISD and Mathis ISD cafeterias. Patsy lived in Axtell for 30 years, but spent the last 2½ years living with her daughter on Lake Corpus Christi in Mathis, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather "Chelle" Anderson and husband, Clark; and granddog, Lucy, all of Mathis; parents, Walter and Lura Mae Boelter; brother, Ray Boelter; sister, Barbara Kubitza and husband, Gary; nephew, Joe Kubitza and wife, Melissa; niece, Shannon Kubitza; great-nephew, Sabion Kubitza; and great-nieces Shontel and Claire Kubitza, all of the Waco/Mart/West area.
