MICKLER Mr. - Yulee Raymond Mickler passed away July 17, 2006. He was born July 25, 1929 in Jacksonville, FL and was a lifelong Florida resident. Mr. Mickler retired from the U.S. Air Force as a CMSGT after serving in the Korean War and Viet Nam War. He then worked for Container Corp. of America til retirement. Mr. Mickler was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Mr. Mickler is survived by: his loving wife of 48 years, Latrell; sons Raymond, Patrick, and Steven Mickler; daughters Nancy Mickler and Cathy Ammons; brothers Charles and Paul Mickler; sisters Mary T. Angus, Annie C. Greene, Virginia Riley, Martha Wise, Louise Johnson, and Frances Howard; and grandchildren Kimberly Wilkinson, Laura, Patrick, Amber, and Jamie Mickler, Kimarie Ammons, Courtney Davidson, and AarronThomas. He is preceded in death by his parents and son James Mickler. The family will receive friends Thursday July 20, 2006 5:30 pm7:30 pm at HardageGiddens Mandarin Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 5:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday July 21, 2006 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations to Northeast Florida Community Hospice or St. Joseph's Catholic Church may be made in Mr. Mickler's name.
