ELIZABETH BEACH

Muscotah - Services were Sunday at Muscotah Methodist Church here for Mrs. Elizabeth O. Beach, 86, Muscotah, who died Friday morning at an Atchison Hospital where she was admitted July 23.
She was born May 17, 1891, in New Fountain, Tex. She moved to Muscotah in January, 1945.
She was graduated from Baker University and was a registered nurse for 40 years before she retired in 1959.
She was a member of Muscotah Methodist Church, Muscotah.
She married Roy Beach on July 25, 1941 in Manhattan. He died Sept 4, 1954.
Survivors include three sons: Victor Beach, El Paso, Tex; Virgil Beach, 5229 N.E. Indian Creek Road, Topeka and Eugene Beach, Kansas City, Kan.; three daughters: Mrs. Norma Grubb, Dover; Mrs. Nona Mae Drennan, 2211 East 21st, amd Mrs. Vivian Oswald, Effingham; two brothers: Walter Oefinger, and Milton Oefinger, both of San Antonio, Tex.; 28 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Bucks Grove Cemetery, west of Holton. O'Trimble Funeral Home, Effingham, was in charge of services.
