She married Harry W. Griffiths on July 7, 1956 in Julesburg, Colorado. In 1976 they moved to Spalding, Nebraska and owned and operated the Antler Bar until 1985. In 1988 she worked at the Columbus Police Department until 1990 when she moved to Honolulu, Hawaii.
Marilyn died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at her home in Honolulu of cancer.
