Mrs. Pearl Perry Gemmill, 55, of Ogdensburg, a Massena native and sister of several local people, died Wednesday night in Hepburn Hospital, Ogdensburg, after a long illness.
Mrs. Gemmill is survived by her husband Ray; seven children, Richard, Robert, Raymond, Lawrence, Joan and Arlene Gemmill, all of Ogdensburg and Mrs. Fred (Myrtle) Longshore of Canton and 13 grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Mary King, Miss Geneva Perry and Miss Pauline Perry and a brother, Jack Perry, all of Massena.
Mrs. Gemmill was born February 15, 1901 in Massena, the daughter of George and Anna Demo Perry. She was educated in Massena and married Ray Gemmill. She had lived in Ogdensburg about 20 years.
