Verna Lucille Francis of Fredericktown died March 29, 1985 at the age of 75.
She was born April 6, 1909 to the late Charles and Effie (Hargis) Cooper. She married Leo Francis who survives and lives in Fredericktown.
Other survivors include five sons, John, David, Harold, Howard, and Leo Carl; six daughters, Dorothy, Hilda, Betty, Patty, Faye and Kay; two brothers, Troy Cooper and Loy Cooper; two sisters, Ruby Moser and Wanda Zekeres; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Francis in death were her parents; a sister; two brothers; and a son, Charles Francis.
She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
