Harold preceded her in death on March 18 1998. Edith enjoyed traveling, sewing and crafts and was a longtime member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Shellsburg, where she was active in the Ladies Guild.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Bud and Donald; a daughter in infancy; three sisters; three brothers; and three grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Fiebelkorn and wife Sandra of Elgin, Ill. and Timothy Fiebelkorn of Shellsburg; three daughters, Diann Svoboda and husband Conrad of Cedar Rapids, Betty Lou Hyde and husband Clifton of Shellsburg, and Ronette Ternus and husband Steve of Shellsburg. Grandchildren- 24 grand-children and four great-grandchildren.
