Entered into eternal rest on the morning of July 20, 2008, Virginia Ferentinos Peters Manos, widow of George K. Manos. Residence, Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services in Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity Thursday at eleven o'clock. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church Thursday at ten o'clock. Virginia was born January 15, 1915 in Charleston, SC, the daughter of Dennis Ferentinos Peters and Ithaca Katsiyianis Peters. She was the owner and operator of a grocery store. She is survived by one daughter, Lucia Morfesis and her husband Peter of Charleston, SC; two granddaughters, Jackie Morfesis of Haddon Township,NJ and Emelia DiCarlo and her husband Joseph of Marlton, NJ; three great grandchildren, Eleni DiCarlo, Joseph DiCarlo and Andrianna DiCarlo; one sister, Lucille P. Piperides of Atlanta, GA. Memorials may be made to Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, 30 Race Street, Charleston, SC 29403. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.
