There are two markers for Frank, one here and one at Oakland Cemetery in Hutchinson, McLeod Co., MN. According to "Descendents of Steward Rodgers" compiled by Kee Rodgers and Sherry Champlin, he is buried at this location.

FRANK MORTIMER HARRINGTON, eldest child of Wm. Bradford and Sarah
(Cowles) Harrington, was born January 17, 1844 at Greene, Trumbull County, Ohio.
He was about eight years of age when his parents moved to Minnesota. He was in the army during the Civil War, and the inscription on the monument in the Hutchinson, Minn, cemetery where he is buried says of him:
"Wounded at the battle of Nashville, Tenn. Dec. 14, and died Dec. 24, l864. Co. B 9th Minn. Inf. 16 A.G."
His death is said to have occurred at New Albany, Indiana. He was not married.
