Mildred Maxine Smith Hassencamp Schissler, 89, Greeley Colorado, passed away August 9, 2002, at Bonell Good Samaritan Center.
Mrs, Schissler was born in Martinsville, Missouri, on Feb. 24, 1913. She was the daughter of John W. and Alta Hook Smith. She married Charles Hassenkamp on July 20, 1939, and he preceded her in death. She later married Fred Schissler on Dec. 15, 1961, and he survies the home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Everett, Wilber, and Melvin Smith, and a sister Dewene Spillman.
In addition to her husband, she leaves a son Billie John Hasenkamp and wife Sharon, of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters-in-law, Mildred Smith, Helen Smith, and Lois Smith, all of Bethany, Mo.,and many neices and nephews. Services were held Aug. 14, 2002 at the Mizpah Cemetery in Platterville Colo.
