Flossie L. Norris, 93, of Maitland FL, formerly of Monticello, died September 3, 1991 in Maitland. Graveside services were held September 7 at Monticello cemetery.

Mrs. Norris was born February 8, 1898 in Mahomet, d/o William Jefferson and Frances Fristoe Scott. She married Frank Norris November 14, 1916 in Decatur. He died January 15, 1945. Survivors include a daughter, Jean Malloy, Maitland FL; three grandchildren; a nephew, Don Noecker of Jacksonville; five nieces: Velma Ilickman, Monticello; Norma Bonnell, White Heath; Patricia LeCrone, Champaign; Marilyn Sago, Cisco; and Joanne Vannote of Cisco. She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Mrs. Norris was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Sanford FL; and member of the Eastern Star and Shrine in Hot Springs FL. She was a self-employed antique dealer.
