The funeral for Mrs. Cherie Stopka will be today (Friday) at 3:30 p.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church, Aurora. Fr. Carl McCarthy and Fr. Robert Drury will officiate.
Burial will follow in the St. Henry Cemetery with arrangements by Collier Funeral Home of Benton.
Visitation is at the church after 11 a.m. today (Friday).
Mrs. Stopka, 44, Benton KY, died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, at 5:26 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital, Paducah.
A secretary, she was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, Aurora. She was the daughter of the late Bill Hubbard and Cherie Hubbard.
Survivors include two daughters, Cherie Stopka and Kimberly Stopka, and two sons, Daniel Stopka and Mike Stopka, all of Benton; four brothers, Bill, Mike, John and Dan Hubbard, all of Chicago, Ill.; 8 grandchildren.
