Celia Geraldine (Vangsness) Hostager, 96, of Wanamingo, Minn., died Saturday, Jan. 24, at Zumbrota Health Services.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rudy; son, Roger; parents, Elizabeth Iverson and Carl Vangsness; 11 brothers and sisters, Ingmar, Iver, Chester, Henry, Rudolph, George, Clarence, Bella Lund, Ida Pavlak, Luella Haugen, and Florence Engwall-Hamborg.

Celia is survived by her daughter, Shirley Herreid; daughter in-law, Marcella (McDonald) Hostager; seven grandchildren, Todd (Janice) Hostager, Tari Dommeyer, Kurt (Michele) Hostager, Dean (Beth) Hostager, Tanya Herreid, Kris (Brad) Neset and Brad (Donna) Herreid; 16 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 Second Ave., Wanamingo. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Trinity Love Fund or to the American Cancer Society.
