MOTHER OF SINGING LANE SISTERS DIES
North Hollywood
The mother of the singing Lane sisters, Mrs. Cora Bell Lane, 70, who died at her home last Wednesday will be buried Monday in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale.
Mrs. Lane was manager of Rosemary, Priscilla and Lola for 15 years when the sisters were prominent in the entertainment world. Two other daughters also survive her, Leota and Martha.
Daughter of William and Anna or Hannah (Clark) Hicks. She married Lorenzo A. Mullican on Dec. 24, 1902. Her brothers, Marvin E. Hicks of Kokomo, Ind., and George Hicks of South Bend survive.
