Frieda Anna Brown, age 82, of Midland, Michigan, died October 23, 2008 at her daughter's home.
Frieda Rabe was born April 5, 1926 to the late William H. and Clara (Witte) Rabe in Rhodes where she was raised and educated. Frieda Rabe married Frank L. Brown in Rhodes on October 5, 1946. They were married nearly 62 years when Frank died, April 1, 2008. Frieda was an avid quilter and seamstress.
Frieda Brown was survived by her sons, William (Vicki) Brown of Midland, Robert (Vickie) Brown of Midland, Timothy Brown of Grants Pass, Oregon and Mark (Lisa) Brown of Midland; daughter, Rolanda (Daniel) Holland of Hope; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Lueders of Midland; and sister in law, Adeline Rabe of Pinconning.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, David W. Brown.
