FORMER RESIDENT IS TAKEN BY DEATH

Mrs. Sarah Norman Price Campbell, former Grand Prairie resident, died Thursday at her home in Breckenridge, Texas, one day before her 79th birthday anniversary.

Born Jan. 15, 1875 in Milam County, Mrs. Campbell resided for several years in Grand Prairie prior to moving to Breckenridge in 1948.

She married G. W. Campbell and they had 10 children. Seven of the children survive.

Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Moore Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. H. C. Hoy, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Interment was held in Southland Cemetery.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. W. L. Hall, Breckenridge; Mrs. C. E. Hague, McKinney; Mrs. Huel Gross, Dallas; and Mrs. Ray Hardin of Cayuga.

Sons surviving include P. U. Campbell, Winters; Ted R. Campbell, Kingsville; and J. T. Campbell of Dallas. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
