February 24, 1961 - January 31, 2008. J. David Bezek, 46, died peacefully at home January 31, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Cynthia, his son, Ian, and his mother, Susan Bezek. He was predeceased by his father, John Bezek. After suffering from multiple sclerosis for 11 years, David is now completely healed and living joyfully in the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

David was a computer engineer and college professor, working at IBM in Owego, NY, and the University of Evansville (Indiana) before moving to Colorado Springs. David earned a PhD and BS from Binghamton University, and a MA from Syracuse University. David enjoyed playing drums, designing electronics, remodeling houses, taking photographs, serving at church, and laughing with friends. He was a member of New Life Church.

A memorial service will be held at the World Prayer Center, 11005 Voyager Parkway, Colorado Springs. Gifts in his memory may be made to Friendship to Internationals, a ministry of Christian Fellowship Church, 4100 Millersburg Rd., Evansville, IN, 47725.
