BURNSVILLE - Herbert Wade "Fuzz" Felker Sr., 65, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at his home. He traveled the United States as an independent welder. He enjoyed football, fishing, horses and baseball.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen with Bro. Tony Lambert officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Herbert Wade Felker Jr. (Melissa) of Chickamauga, Ga., Anthony Wayne Felker (Janell) of Burnsville and Randall Glenn Felker of Rossville, Ga.; three daughters, Jo Brock (Mike) of Burnsville, Brandy Petty (Johnny) of Ringgold, Ga., and Chanin Lynn Alexander (Brandon) of Adamsville, Tenn.; one brother, Jerry Farris of Johnson City, Tenn.; two sisters, Judy Murphy of Booneville and Brenda Shea of Burnsville; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; his former wife, Nina Felker of Burnsville.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Olivia and Ellihugh Farris, and his second wife, Jo Ann Felker.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Murphy, W.E. Bullock, Brian Cox, John John Petty, Billy Jackson and Bobby Felker.
